Wayside Pulse replaces the eNPS survey with something that gives leadership actionable signal, while making absolutely sure your responses cannot be traced back to you.
Anonymity is the foundation
No names, emails, IPs, or device IDs are stored with responses. Submission dates are stored as dates only. Results are only shown when at least 5 people in a group respond.
Signal, not just a score
Twelve dimensions, an open question, and a comment box. Leadership sees dimension trends, segment differences, and themes — all in aggregate.
